We have over 50 different small fruits and vegetable crops being raised on our farmlands. Along with that large selection comes the extended "harvest window," which is much wider than most other Minnesota growers because we farm many crops using high tunnels. This allows us to begin the planting much sooner than growers who must wait for the risk of frost and cold winds to subside, and extends our harvest later into the fall.
